We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator.

Role Description: Project support will be responsible for delivering an efficient provisioning service.
The role will involve:
Taking and receiving provisioning and project service calls and managing the task through to completion with our internal team and range of external suppliers.
Take forward project implementation and delivery of the range of services we deliver from installation and management of high speed internet circuits, Local Area Networks, Hosted IP Telephony implementation and Hosted MS Exchange.
You will communicate clearly with customers during their boarding process and manage their expectations.
In addition to this, you will be expected to take first line support requests and work to diagnose faults Liaising with customers on the phone and via email.
General office duties such as filing customer contracts etc.
As we are a small and growing business, the successful candidate may at times also be expected to get involved in other office activities. One of the main criteria will be someone who has energy and can work in a constantly evolving and growing company.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft applications e.g., excel, word and outlook.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to work as part of a close knit team, but also able to work autonomously with the drive to succeed.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be thorough and conscientious in their approach to task fulfilment.
- Problem solving, positive and a can do character
One or two years’ experience in a similar environment
ICT qualification with knowledge of some or all the following:
- IP Telephony/VOIP
- LAN/WAN Networking
- Hosted/Cloud applications
