We’re extremely proud to have been presented with the High Growth Award at the Scottish Borders Business Excellence Awards for two years in a row.  Here’s what our CEO, Campbell Fraser had to say about our achievement:

Here are a few tips on how to impress us:

Arrive on time

Don’t stress yourself out by arriving with a few minutes to spare. Give yourself plenty of time to find us and ‘get in the zone’ for your interview.

Dress for the occasion

We don’t expect you to arrive wearing an expensive suit, just smartly dressed as you would any other interview. Turning up in jeans and a t-shirt probably isn’t the best idea!

Do your research

Have a read through our website whilst you’re here, learn about the job you’re applying for and absorb yourself in the SoConnect culture.

Have a few examples ready

We want to know all about you! Your skills, your experience, how you’ve used them and what you’ve learnt along the way. Have a think over your past jobs and what you could bring to SoConnect.

Don’t forget you’re interviewing us too

Have a few questions ready for us to ask at the end of your interview.  Don’t be shy, we’ve probably been asked it before.
