The Business Challenge:

To provide a stable and resilient Data Connection to an organisation within a rural location in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles, where connectivity options can be limited. To provide a high grade, uncontended data circuit to supports all departments within Inforgen and the specialised programs required to allow the company to become one of the UK’s leading providers IT and professional business services. A particular need for a high bandwidth solution was evident which would in turn increase productivity within Inforgen.

Plus Inforgen also wanted to see if they could reduce the costs of their Telephony Services.

The Solution:

SoConnect provided a robust 20MB/100MB Ethernet over Fibre circuit which has enabled Inforgen to deliver the service levels its clients demand.
