Why does SoConnect Ltd need to collect and store personal data?
For us to provide you/your organisation with a connectivity, phone, cloud or Managed Services, SoConnect Ltd need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and/or detailed service provision. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. In terms of being contacted for marketing purposes SoConnect Ltd would contact you for additional consent.
The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:
- Process orders that the data subject has placed on behalf of the customer (organisation);
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered by you on behalf of the organisation and us;
- Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to SoConnect Ltd in the course of dealing with you.
