SoConnect conferencing products fully integrate audio, web and desktop video conferencing into a single innovative interface using patented technology which ensures voice and web data is completely synchronised. Manage virtual meetings through the straightforward interface with simple point-and-click commands. For web and video conferences, the only requirements are a PC, Internet connection and a headset with microphone or telephone. A voice-only option is also available, enabling users to join a meeting if they are away from their desk or have no Internet access.

TRADITIONAL CALL CONFERENCING

We offer a range of options for telephone call conferencing. Our pay-as-you-go call conferencing services mean you only pay for the conferences you host, and there is no set-up or pre-registration fee. Whether or not you’re an existing SoConnect customer, you can utilise this bespoke pay-as-you-go service at any time.

To host a call conference through SoConnect’s conferencing:

  1. Communicate a conference date, time and distinct PIN number between 6-10 digits to all meeting participants.
  2. No pre-registration of callers, numbers or times is required – all participants simply call at the specified time.
  3. Each user enters the chosen PIN number after the prompts to enter the conference.
  4. You will automatically be advised of callers entering or leaving the conference.

Please note: Each participant will be charged for their own call by their own network provider (prices vary according to network provider) but calls do not typically cost more than 10p/min.
