With an increasing portfolio and a growing team, Redpath Bruce needed to take the strain away from IT. They needed a scalable strategy to streamline communications and prioritise productivity without sacrificing security.
The Strategy
Implement a managed IT solution that could grow alongside Redpath Bruce, ensuring efficient communication and reliable internal operations with a remote support function that could free up time for staff.
Develop a network and server strategy to include working with 3rd parties in maintaining specialist CRM systems. Remote and onsite support to ensure all applications run efficiently.
Devise a plan to include scoping and providing laptops, computers and hardware, advising on the best technology to meet Redpath Bruce Ltd.'s requirements. Provide onsite support when needed.
Implement a cloud backup solution to replicate systems, applications, and data in the cloud, removing the need for internal IT staff to manage the solution.

Microsoft 365’s cloud apps and data make hybrid working simple. Employees can work from anywhere, like in the office. Productivity and collaboration with Microsoft Teams would be seamless.
Cyber Security
We implemented a cyber security solution to secure the network and internal systems. Anti-virus, 24/7 device monitoring, network monitoring and email security meant Redpath Bruce could always work safely.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
We replicated Redpath Bruce Ltd’s on-premise servers in the cloud to ensure that data was always recoverable should the worst happen. Employees could continue working with immediate access and restoration of needed files.
