Are You An Existing Customer?
We offer a 24/7 support service for customers as part of our Premium Support package. Our Service Desk is open to all SoConnect customers during normal business hours from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
If you experience a technical issue or fault with any SoConnect service, our online service desk is the easiest and quickest way to raise a support ticket. To access the portal, type servicedesk.soconnect.co.uk into your browser and log in using your email address and the ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ option when it appears.
Please Note: Customers with a Standard Support package will be charged for calls made outside of our normal business hours.
