If you experience any technical problems with the products or services we provide, please get in touch by calling 0333 240 1824 and pressing Option 2 or by raising a support ticket using the form below.


Our Service Desk is open to all SoConnect customers during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.  If you raise a support ticket online outside of business hours you may not receive a response.

Please Note: Customers with a Standard Support package will be charged for calls and Support Requests made outside of our normal business hours.
